Kinesis Pool Migrations + Dynamic Fees

We are excited to introduce dynamic fees as detailed here: https://docs.kinesislabs.co/concepts/dynamic-fees-depeg-protection as well as providing some minor upgrades to the contracts which solves the previous swap errors.

The new pools can be found at app.kinesislabs.co and the same liquidity mining rewards schedule will be applied as referenced in this article.

Liquidity Mining Comes to Kinesis

You can still access all of the old pools to withdraw liquidity at https://frontend-h21go1nbw-kinesis-labs.vercel.app/#/pools

The interface is the exact same as app.kinesislabs.co, however, the new pools are not included.
